Singer/ Songwriter - Country Music Artist

Playing guitar acoustically since 5 years of age, April Cushman has been inspired by many artists, genres of music, and family members.  April currently lives in the small town of Swanzey, NH on a farm with her husband Michael, step-son Riley and Daughter Maddison Taylor.

Recently, April was awarded the 2014 New Hampshire Country Music Association's Female Vocalist of the Year for Traditional and New Country, as well as the 2014 New Hampshire Country Music Association's Female Entertainer of the Year for New Country awards.  A couple months later, April competed for New England titles of the same, and was awarded the titles of 2014 NCSI Female Vocalist of the Year and NCSI Female Entertainer of the Year.

April will be headed to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee in March 2015 to perform for these titles but nationally at the Country Tonite Theatre, for the North America Country Music Association, Int'l Competition.
